Worship

Our service this morning was great I feel like its really coming together, the worship service was heart felt and alive I believe we were all doing our part in worship of our Lord- There was a unity in Spirit that can only come from God
I told you I'd post the points in the message :

Overcoming Divisive Attitudes
Judges 8:1

· Divisive Attitude Of : Immaturity- Why didn’t you tell me… Us against Them Creates Division where none really was·
Divisive Attitudes Of: Pride and Jealously - I would of done it this way or I could Have done It Better
Divisive Attitude Vindictiveness -Of Well If that’s the way it’s Going to Be I’ll Get Back At Them By…
Divisive Attitude Of : Bitterness--This always Happens To Me-I’m always Left Out- They always seem to do better than Me

Ask the Lord to give you wisdom in remaining calm when you are criticized.

The Lord will give you wisdom to help people save face.

Be Gracious in complimenting, appreciating and smoothing over Divisive attitudes .

Preserve the bond of unity with love! (Ephesians 4)

May God Bless and Keep you This week

Sunday

This past Sunday went really well the order of service was great and I believe worship took place Our Worship team worked Hard in preparation and prayer (yes sometimes prayer is hard work) and God Showed up and blessed our Hearts.Pray for them this week that The Lord will draw them close and encourage them as they try to serve. And As we As a Church seek After Christ we will continue to enter into His presence and enter into a place of Worship ..I enjoyed preaching Overcoming Discouragement Its Something that affects all our lives, the points in the message were:
Nehemiah 4:6-14
The first step in overcoming discouragement is to REST and REORGANIZE your life.
The second step in overcoming discouragement is to REMEMBER God is with you.
The third step in overcoming discouragement is to RESIST being discouraged.
The fourth step in overcoming discouragement is to RETURN to work.

God Is Good to us --He wants us to look to Him in all areas of our lives
God Has Blessed Us Richly though His Son Jesus

Brother Rey Tribes in Asia

Mission
A training center of
Tribes in Asia for Christ

On behalf of the fourteen student of Tribal Center for Mission (TCM), we thank you for all the gifts we received from you. The brand new and used clothing, shoes (new and used), books and Christian literatures, canned goods, tooth paste, chain saw, and many more. Those are a big blessing to all of them. (Note regarding the pictures: Four of the students have not arrived yet from their outreaches).

God is good! For the first time, we are able to conduct a 10 days Community Health Care Training held on August 21-31, 2007 at Tribal Center for Mission. Thank God for Dr. Blandy Blando, who volunteer and raised fund for the said training.

TCM, usually invite Municipal Doctor to conduct teaching for 1-2 days only. We teach the student also how to prepare herbal medicines. Why “Health Care” is part of our curriculum? Tribes in Asia for Christ vision is reaching the unreached tribes in Asia for Christ. Thus, we penetrate to the remotes and far-flung area, where health worker is much needed. With the little knowledge they can get from the TCM, they can save and improve the lives of the villagers. Attached photo.

Part of the training is the hospital exposure trip to Tuguegarao City. The student went to Cagayan Valley Regional Medical Center and People’s Emergency Hospital. Of the 14 students 3 of them has not been in the City. Eight of them were first time to eat in Jollibee (a local fast food).

Ptr. Arman Cruzem is one of the resource speakers of Bible League. He teaches Cell church to TCM student last September 3-12, 2007. Ptr. Cruzem and family is a former missionary to Cambodia of Bible League. He also teaches Parenting. He used the video teaching of Rev. Clemente Guillermo.

TCM will continue its class until first week of December, 2007. Afterwards, the student will be deployed to Abra province for 10 months field work. Abra province is our target area for church planting. It is one of the communist strongholds in northern Philippines and hot spot during political election. Our target towns are Tineg, Abra. We already have 4 workers in the area. And another in Lacub, Abra. A couple is already doing a pioneering work in a village that is a shadow government of Communist guerillas...

Please pray for the following:

1. We are using a borrowed Television and DVD/VCD player. Pray for a brand new Television and DVD/VCD player.
2. Once we deploy our student to Abra, we will send them by two’s and each group needs monthly assistance. Pray for their monthly support.
3. Please pray for God’s daily provision for our TCM student and transportation allowance during weekends.
4. Our TCM building is not fully finished and our facilities are not fully furnished. Pray for God’s provision to finish and furnish our facilities.
5. Pray for TCM staff, volunteer teachers for God’s anointing and wisdom.

“Finally, brethren, pray for us that the message of the Lord may spread rapidly and be honored just as it was with you” 2 Thes. 3:1.

Today at Church

This was a Good day in the Lord. God is truly our refuge in times when we feel overwhelmed. In Palms 61 we received encouragement that God will shelter us when the things of the world seem to engulf our lives.

Revival

Revival This past week with Mike Knowles was a Blast
Our Lord has challenged us this week to press forward in following His will for our church.
Remember to pray for Mike and his Family as they to move forward in God's will

As we have already talked about in our services over the past few weeks
Pray that the Lord of the Harvest will send more Labors To the Field That He Has Given To Us to Harvest.
My Mind and Heart races with Things I feel That He wants Us To Accomplish in Our Church
And It will only be possible If He provides The ability to do these things
Pray That God will move in our church in ways we never thought possible
As Mike Said this week In ways that when we look back at these days We can say "Can You believe God Used us Like That"
We serve an Assume God That Moves In Assume ways
May we Always Remember That
In His Love

Responsibility

Its A cool word that many people cringe at the sound of,because the word that follows Responsibility is usually accountability and Nobody likes that word.... Now I want to ask why??
We begin life with expectations and they build from there in school,at work,Parenting..But when does the responsibility that we all share turn to being held accountable for our responsibility. I think that there is a need in our churches across the world for accountability in our responsibilities, Take the Fall of well known church leaders, where was the fear of accountability in their responsibilities to the church (does anyone fear God any more )
How about the local churches Accountability ?? We love to blame things that seemingly removes our accountability to the responsibilities we have, but was that not started in the Garden so many years ago between the first couple ..
Admitting Sin is only the first step, But then we just blame Eve
There is always something to get in the way, but is it always to blame for our failure?
Example:
Church Attendance
Church Service
Faithfulness in Bible Study
Strong Prayer Life
Effective witnessing
Doing A Good Job at work
Being There For The Family
Raising Children
Who do we blame??
Tell Me What do you think ??

Easter

This is truly a marvelous time of the year new life is all around us, a rebirth of nature but what is truly marvelous is the fact that we serve a Risen Savior (AMEN??)
But it seems that just as the Birth of a Savior is Lost some where in Christmas ,At this Time of the year all the "NEW" Stuff seems to hide the Fact that Easter is Here and its time to celebrate The King Of King and Lord Of Lords,
The One Who Defeated Death Hell And The Grave For all those who call upon Him as Savior... But There are those who still see what's truly is important in life for we know that this life is just a vapor- here today gone tomorrow- And we place Jesus and His Kingdom First.
In our eyes its seems pointless to leave the 99 to Find the 1 But that's what He has Call upon us to Do ..

Spring

I love pollen..... Spring is here and new life is all around us, At church we are in high gear with building and raising money for missions. Christians are obligated to reach those who are with out Jesus And its time to get excited about reaching them. All Christians have a part in this the only question is whether or not you live up to the call

Don't let it get you down

Its funny how things work out sometimes, things happen that change your perspective on things events take place that change your views but its good to know that Jesus is still the same His Grace and Love are always there and its always enough to pull and push us though any circumstance we may face. God is always in control and He always loves us. What more do we need. People search but only a few find true peace, even in the church.
Take a look today at what really matters and don't let the rest Get You Down

Work Day

After this weekend I feel like one tired pup but My brother's wedding went off with out a hitch. Everything was very nice and the food was great. The "dancing deacons" were quite a pair (that's something to follow up with Brent about) And all the ladies had a nice time at the reception. I'm glad to be home though I missed being at church Sunday morning But I understand things went well and Brian Did a Great Job in Filling the pulpit. I look forward in work at the church Saturday for any one who is available, I should be there at around 8 am (HINT HINT)
I thank the Lord Jesus that there are still those willing to serve Him even on Saturday mornings

NewSpring "Unleash" Pastor Conference

I had a GREAT time at the conference. There are area Pastors that I believe are some what confused or unclear about the Ministry At New Spring . I myself was one of those before the Meeting. Noble is a very focused man with a burden for the lost. In an attempt to reach as many as possible, he has set himself up for a lot of criticism that cannot be helped with the present attitude of ministers in Ministry. I truly believe that Perry Noble Could Care less As Long as there are Names written of the Lost on the inside walls of the Sanctuary of the church. SO what I learned from the Conference is That as Men of God, we are to be above all Faithful to what ministry the Lord as Given unto us no matter what form that ministry may take shape. Size is no excuse nor resources should have any bearing on the desire to bring others to a saving knowledge of Jesus. To allow our work to be hindered by such things dishonors the name by which we are called. You Know Being called a Christian still means something!
May God Bless You and your efforts as we serve Christ

Kingdom Building

This weekend we Have a lot of stuff going on, the Ladies Painting , The Men Building Walls for a Nursery . Its a exciting time for our church and I believe we Have the right spirit in behind our Building We understand That It's For God's Glory and Not Our On . Some churches lose that mindset as they get larger And It becomes their stuff instead of God's Stuff and as a result some Christians lose sight of the reason behind the building.
We Live in a World That Is consumed with the Word "Mine" But May it slip not into the Church
This Sunday Morning I'll be Preaching
"Building The Kingdom "
And The Passages Will Be Found In Genesis 11:1-9 And In Galatians 6:7-10

Whats the Point

1Co 13:1
Though I speak with the tongues of men and of angels, and have not LOVE, I have become as sounding brass or a tinkling cymbal.
Today we celebrate Love but do we truly Honor The Gift itself or do we just make
a lot of Noise

Never to Old to Grow

It's Good to reach out from where you're comfortable sometimes if for no other reason than to Just see
If There's something you're missing
